In a significant collaboration, the @EUPakistan, in partnership with UNODC, has delivered Forensic Science Equipment to the Crimes Branch of the Balochistan Police. This handover occurred at a formal ceremony held at the Forensic Science Laboratory (FSL) in Quetta. These resources are set to greatly enhance crime scene investigation, fingerprint analysis, and chemical examination capabilities. Mr. Ayaz Ahmed Baloch, Deputy Inspector General of Police, Crime Branch Balochistan, underscored the importance of this milestone and the collaborative efforts with international partners. Funded through the European Union’s ‘Deliver Justice Project’, this initiative is a crucial step towards strengthening the Rule of Law Roadmap (RoL) in Balochistan.
